Burrito Asada: Grilled USDA beef mixed with Mexican rice and red beans.
Skybox’s famous burger, smothered with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, rice and buttered vegetables.
Please give me french bread for this yummy one 🙂
The ultimate sandwich for me. Will order this next time at Skybox!
Is a Kapampangan (Pampanga) delicacy that’s a favorite all over the Philippines. “Sisig” is a term which apparently means “to snack on something sour.”
I will have this soon too! I’m not a big pasta consumer, but this one passes my discriminating taste 🙂 Spicy Shrimp Pasta: Fresh shrimps sauteed in Skybox’ home made aglio olio sauce served with garlic bread. A sure hit to those who like that added kick.
I have tried this, and it’s so rich in flavor 🙂
Big enough to feed an army 🙂
TAQUITO SALAD: Shredded organic lettuce topped with savory beef, tomato salsa, garlic sauce, hand-rolled corn tortillas, and finished off with cheese.
I am really bad at names… even names of food… so pardon what are missing 😦
One good thing about blogging is that if you’ve forgotten something, you can always go back and edit; write what you have in mind to say already and then hit update. That’s what I exactly did.
Cheers to delicious meals!
